Rules
These are the same rules as #rules in the Discord. If the two ever differ, the Discord copy is the one that counts.
Server rules
1. Do not steal.
Taking anything another player owns without their explicit permission is stealing. That includes items in chests (locked or not), crops (harvesting without replanting), animals and Pokémon, gear dropped when someone dies, and anything inside someone else's build. "It was unlocked," "I was going to give it back," and "they weren't online" do not make it not stealing.
2. Do not grief.
Do not break, alter, move, build on, or build inside another player's build or area without permission. That includes lava, water, TNT, "pranks" that change someone's build, and killing pets, named animals, or pastured Pokémon.
3. Do not cheat.
No x-ray (mods or texture packs), duplication glitches, exploit abuse, hacked clients, or automation that plays the game for you. The allowed client mods are the modpack plus the list in #info on the Discord. If a mod gives a gameplay advantage and is not on that list, ask staff before using it.
4. PvP is consent-only.
Do not kill or trap other players unless everyone involved agreed to it.
5. Respect other players' space.
Do not build right up against someone's base without their permission, and do not box in, wall off, or block access to anyone's build.
Community rules
6. You must be 18 or older.
18 means 18 full years old on the day you apply — not "almost 18" and not "mature for my age." If we learn you are under 18 you will be removed, whatever your role or how long you've been here. You are welcome to reapply once you are actually 18.
7. Treat people decently.
No harassment, hate speech, slurs, targeted insults, or repeated unwanted behavior toward anyone — in game, in Discord, in builds, or in signs. Disagreeing is fine. Being abusive is not.
8. Keep it safe-for-work.
Even though members are adults, no NSFW content in channels, builds, skins, or names. Discord's own Terms of Service apply everywhere.
9. No spam or unapproved advertising.
Do not advertise other servers, communities, or products without staff approval.
10. No alt accounts.
Do not use alternate Minecraft or Discord accounts to get around the whitelist, a removal, a cooldown, or any other rule.
Enforcement & policies
The spirit of the rules counts.
The examples above are examples, not a complete list of loopholes. If something is clearly against the spirit of a rule, it is against the rule — "it wasn't technically banned" is not a defense. When in doubt, ask staff first.
Enforcement.
Most issues get a warning, then removal if they continue. Staff may skip straight to removal for serious cases: cheating, theft, harassment, or lying about your age. If you think a call was wrong, DM a staff member to appeal.
Denied applications.
If your application is denied, you can apply again 90 days after the decision. The bot enforces this automatically — the Apply button will tell you how long is left.
Inactivity.
If you haven't been on the server in 90 days, your whitelist spot is released and you are moved to Legacy Member. You'll get a DM warning at 75 days. Coming back is easy — DM staff and you're re-whitelisted, no new application needed.
Changes.
Rules can change; updates are announced in #announcements on the Discord. Applying and playing here means you agree to all of the above.
